Henk Sissing werkte in (bestuurs-)functies in PO, VO en HBO, bij het ministerie van OC&W en bij CPS. Hij publiceerde 3000 jaar denkers over onderwijs, is organisator van onderwijsfilmfestivals en stelde de Bildungscheurkalender samen.
