Johan Jansen bijvoorbeeld stapt over naar een onverwacht gewas – thee –, Styn Claessens ontwikkelt een kippenschuur die duurzaam en diervriendelijk is, en een groep boeren op Schiermonnikoog keert terug naar een kleinschalig en traditioneel werkende coöperatie. Zonder bekeringsdrang, maar met boerenverstand.
